GarageSale-a-mania
So we've been working like squirrels gathering nuts before first snowfall to locate and extract everything in this house that we absolutely do not need. All in anticipation of this big event: the Copperfield annual subdivision-wide Garage Sale.
After weeks of anticipation, Saturday, the big day finally arrived.
We stayed up late Friday labeling, sorting, pricing, grouping. We got up before dawn and started putting it all out.
Though we forgot to pull out a few boxes and it rained off and on (which was a real blast as we scrambled to cover up 5 or 6 tables worth of "stuff"), we did get ride of a lot of stuff and made $200...less the $40 we ended up spending on Chinese food delivery because we too exhausted to move much less cook by dinner time.
